Fix the leaky pipeline! — Kickoff event 2024

The next run of the Fix the Leaky Pipeline program (FLP), a career building program for women in science, will be launched by an online/hybrid kickoff event on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, 12:15 – 14:00.

The Fix the leaky Pipeline! program is supported by all institutions of the ETH domain. It offers female PhD students, postdocs, and other young scientists the opportunity to reflect on their professional situations, to develop a strategy for embarking on a career path, to receive further targeted training, and to extend their personal and scientific networks.

MARVEL female PhD students and postdocs from institutions of the ETH domain (i.e., EPFL, ETH Zurich, Empa and PSI) are are kindly invited the 2024 kickoff event to receive detailed information about the program, meet the coaches & trainers and learn from role models how to realize a good work-life-balance.

There is no participation fee, but registration is mandatory.
